The service

NotifyChat sends WhatsApp reminders to people who asked for them for a specific event, from a shared NotifyChat number that names your organization as the organizer. By using the service you authorize us to mention your name in those messages.

What’s not allowed

• Using reminders for promotions, discounts, sales, “next event” pitches, or sponsors.
• Events about gambling, investments or crypto, multi-level marketing, adult content, or political campaigns.
• Events aimed at patients or that reveal attendees’ health conditions (for now).
• Trying to identify attendees from the metrics.

We review events and may pause them or suspend accounts that hurt the quality of the shared number.

Data

NotifyChat is the controller of attendees’ phone numbers and does not share them with you. You are responsible for your event’s content.

Pricing and billing

• A base fee per published event plus a price per delivered reminder, based on the attendee’s country. Confirmation and opt-out messages are included.
• Your first event is free, up to 50 people.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice if Meta changes its rates.
